Examples of their public entity client base include cities, counties, school districts, transit districts (rail and bus), risk-sharing pools, parks and special districts (fire, police, water and utility). The Carl Warren & Company business development team markets services to public entities by networking to meet new prospects and generating leads from existing clients who may need additional services.

The Challenge

Carl Warren & Company needed a solution to ensure their business development team captured and received all government opportunities related to the company’s services.
